You purchase pre-paid lead credits on a per-lead basis. We draw from your balance as we deliver enquiries and booked site inspections.

Model 1

Instant quote leads

We generate instant quote enquiries through the Jousto marketplace and pass them to you once the survey is completed.

Booked site inspections

We take the instant quote one step further — our team books the on-site visit directly into your calendar.

Model 3

Booked sites + formal quote

Our Solar PV Design Engineer prepares a full OpenSolar proposal and the customer commits, subject only to site inspection.

  • You receive a booked site inspection + full design and pricing
  • Client has already agreed in principle to proceed, pending your on-site check
  • Perfect if you want near “install-ready” jobs

Qualification
Depending on the model, we stop at instant quote, book the site scope, or also complete the formal OpenSolar design.

We introduce you to the customer with all notes and documentation attached.

You confirm details on-site, finalise any adjustments and lock in installation timing.

Install & settle
Customer pays you. Once the job is completed, our fee has already been covered by your pre-paid credits.
Territories & fit. We partner with one installer per area, maintain a ~40 km radius between partners, and only work with teams we genuinely like — pros who support Jousto and fellow partners.

Installer FAQs

How do you charge for leads?
All models are offered on a per-lead basis. You purchase pre-paid lead credits and we deduct from your balance as we deliver instant quote leads and/or booked site inspections.
Who invoices the customer?
The installer invoices and is paid directly by the customer. Our fee is covered via your pre-paid lead credits, not by clipping your job margin.
Do you cap territories?
Yes. We work with a single trusted partner per area and maintain a ~40 km radius between partners.
Who handles after-sales and warranty?
You do. The installer owns after-sales support. Jousto remains available for consultative and automation questions.
What kinds of jobs do you generate?
Solar PV, batteries, EV charging, hot water and smart energy upgrades — all designed with the Jousto Energy Hub + Genius in mind.
When do we get introduced to the customer?
For Model 1, as a qualified instant quote lead. For Models 2 and 3, once we’ve also booked the site visit (and for Model 3, after we’ve prepared a full OpenSolar design and the client has committed subject to site inspection).
