These Terms govern your use of Jousto’s marketplace, ecommerce store, installer matching services, Jousto EMS monitoring platform, automation tools, and related integrations.

By accessing or using any Jousto service, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Jousto

Jousto is operated by Honen Investments Pty Ltd (“Jousto”, “we”, “us”). Jousto provides:

  • Solar & battery marketplace search and comparison
  • Instant estimate tools and design session bookings
  • Installer matching and exclusive lead allocation
  • Ecommerce product sales
  • Jousto EMS monitoring and automation software
  • CRM integrations, API access and messaging systems

2. Marketplace & Installer Matching

Jousto connects consumers with installers based on location, product preference and system type.

Exclusive Leads

  • Leads are allocated to one installer at time of sale.
  • No guarantee of conversion or installation approval.
  • Jousto does not guarantee customer finance approval.
Jousto acts as a technology platform and facilitator. Installation contracts are between the customer and installer.

3. Ecommerce Purchases

  • All pricing is shown inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Product availability may change without notice.
  • Jousto may cancel orders due to pricing errors or fraud concerns.
  • Manufacturer warranties apply where relevant.

4. Jousto EMS & Automation

Jousto EMS provides monitoring, automation and optimisation tools. Automation may control connected electrical devices.

User Responsibilities

  • Ensure licensed electrical installation.
  • Maintain equipment safely.
  • Understand automation risks.
Jousto does not guarantee bill savings, energy arbitrage profits, or market pricing outcomes.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Jousto is not liable for:

  • Electrical faults or equipment failure
  • Installation defects
  • Retailer billing errors
  • Lost profits or savings expectations
  • CRM/API integration failures
Nothing excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Additional Legal Terms

Accounts & Licensing

Jousto grants a limited, non-transferable licence. Sharing login credentials or scraping marketplace data is prohibited.

Data & Privacy

Data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Payments & Refunds

Marketplace lead purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by law. Pricing may change with notice.

Termination

Jousto may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, misuse of automation, fraud, or non-payment.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
