What is the difference between a dealer and an installation partner?
Dealers work with Jousto through a managed sales and support arrangement. Installation partners handle their own sales process, with concierge support where included in their package.
Is my Instant Quote the final installed price?
It is an initial estimate. Your installation provider confirms the scope and price after reviewing your property details and any further checks needed.
Why do you need photos?
They help the installation team assess your switchboard, existing inverter and proposed battery location before confirming the installation requirements.
Do I have to speak on the phone?
